Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all my clients, please review our cancellation terms: • If you are more than 10 minutes late to you appointment you will not be seen and will need to reschedule. • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. We kindly ask that all changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer that time to another client.
